Need to compile for aix 6.1 please

Can someone provide steps to compile for aixd 6.1 ? I am always getting stuck when trying to get the rrdtool to compile correctly. Appreciate it , Blake

Do you want run the server or the client on AIX? For the client yoy don't need rrdtool. And for the server, why not run it on a linux box? Otherwise it can be a hassle to find all the needed stuff. Stef

I just saw that the rest of the conversion was not send to the list. I said that it's best to put the server on a linux box so you only need to compile the client for AIX. I also have some precompiled clients for AIX on http://www.docum.org/drupal/category/docs/hobbit These clients also work on newer AIX versions. AIX 5 and higher are binary compatible. Stef
