restrat a proccess on red test return 🔗 link

I KNOW I saw this fairly recently but  cann't  find it  searching.
A user wants to  restart  a  process if it disappears .   I  don't   
like such
automated  things particular if they have to be done at the root level,
but I was ask it it could be done.
