Xymon 4.3.18 Receiving all status message only from 127.0.0.1 ?!

We have installed Xymon 4.3.18 and I noticed we are receiving all status 
messages from 127.0.0.1 and not from the client IP?!
Why is that? For sure all our clients sending data over their own IP.

How do you know they are coming from 127.0.0.1?  Are you seeing this in a
log message somewhere?
