Any plan to support it in the future maybe? I personally have no care for ipv6
but some org w/in the company were querying about it

Not really. It wouldn't be all that difficult to do - some minor changes
to the networking code to make it use PF_INET6 sockets instead of
PF_INET and the like - but nobody I know are using IPv6, so it hasn't
really been necessary.

I am wondering about getting IPv6 support in Hobbit, our networks
already have IPv6 configured and we are looking to support devices with
and IPv6 interface. Also do you have a release date for the next version
of Hobbit?

thanks

My company wants us to move to ipv6. there is no deadline yet, but sooner is
better. Do you have any plan plan when to support ipv6 ?

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.

Henrik is way too busy to answer. It's been months since we have seem him.

Not sure who else develops Xymon now, or if they can answer that question.

Today I have set couple of my servers to be monitoring throught IPv6
stack, and it do not work :(
(I have xymon 4.3.17)

I have readed hosts.cfg documentation and also this thread from 2011:
http://lists.xymon.com/pipermail/xymon/2011-August/thread.html#32213

Do you know the status of IPv6 suppoort on Xymon Server?

Do I need to setup/configure something else?

Thank you.
