hobbitd.log : Oversize status msg

Hi Henrik,

(i'm beginning on hobbit)

i got 2 of these logs :
2005-07-20 13:53:04 Oversize status msg from vdl-bdd1:content truncated (n=102399)
2005-07-20 14:07:51 Oversize status msg from vdl-bdd1:content truncated (n=102399)


Do i have to change MAXLINE in hobbitserver.cfg ?
currently my MAXLINE ist default (32768)

You mean MAXMSG ... yes, if you need the full webpage of more than 100
KB then you'll have to increase this. However, it only means that Hobbit
couldn't pass the full status message to the history- and alert-modules,
so apart from not logging a historical status log that includes the
complete status message, it won't do any harm.

Ce paramètre est défini dans le script "configure" de hobbit. Il faut donc recompiler hobbit. 
This parameter is in the configure script that comes with the hobbit source archive. You need to recompile hobbit.
