I check our 150 or so via a script reading the SNMP MIB on the servers. The version is reported there.

One giveaway for differentiating 0.13 from 0.12 (and likely earlier) is
the long name of the BBWin service:

in the [svcs] client section:

0.12 and earlier:
BBWin automatic started Big Brother Hobbit Client

0.13
BBWin automatic started Big Brother Xymon Client

David, thanks for the info

Is there any way to generate a query/interrogate the systems from the Hobbit server?
(the BBWin service is not monitored by default on the Win systems)

Regards
Tony.
