who.dll in Windows 8?

All versions of Windows have used who.dll to show the list of logged in users on a system, which gets displayed in the 'who' column of xymon.  Windows 8 doesn't have that file.  Anyone know which file should be used in Windows 8?

The Windows Powershell client does not use who.dll and works on Windows Server 2012, so I would expect it to work on Windows 8.

(it uses qwinsta.exe and if that does not exist, it uses WMI).

I should have specified this in my original question, but I'm using the older BBWin client.  It still works great other than it doesn't show the active logged in users on Win8.  The config is looking at who.dll which Win8 doesn't use apparently.  I told the config to look at qwinsta.exe and also wmi.dll but neither worked.  Interesting side-note, BBWin runs fine on our Windows 2012 Server which does have who.dll and does display the logged in users correctly.  My trouble is only with Windows 8.
