Quantum Superloader3 Tape Library monitor added to Xymonton 🔗 link

Hello everyone... I just added a new monitor to Xymonton.

This monitor is a bash shell script to poll Quantum Superloader3 Tape
Libraries and report back the library's system information including:
autoloader & drive's date, status, serial numbers, firmware versions etc. Can
be configured to report the barcodes and slot locations of all the tapes in
the library, and will signal a yellow alerts for tape load errors etc.
