When building pagesets, does it support the full "parent/subparent" syntax?

Yes, all of the "page", "subpage", "subparent" keywords can be used
for pagesets, just prefix them with the name of the pageset you want
them for.

The bbgen man-page has an example, it doesn't include the "subparent"
keyword but it is valid.
