Hi,

The best way to get help is to provide more informations.

Did you add your network devices in bb-hosts file ?
Did you try to ping them manually from Xymon server host ?

What status are you expecting?

On it's own Xymon can't do much else for switches and routers.

You may want to look at devmon (http://devmon.sf.net, packages available for
Centos/RHEL at http://staff.telkomsa.net/packages, packages available in some
distros such as Mandriva), which is an SNMP poller for use with Xymon.
