devmon scripts on Xymonton 🔗 link

Hey folks,

I'm adding a new area to allow people to share their Devmon SNMP scripts
with the Xymon community.  Unfortunately, I don't use Devmon myself and
am unsure what to do for the page template.  I would appreciate some
suggestions...I'd like to keep it consistent with the rest of the site
as much as possible.
