RFE: Oracle tests 🔗 link

Hi Henrik

Would it be possible to move the Oracle tests into Xymon instead of it
being an addon?  This would save people from having to look around for
the oracle tests and wonder if it is: (a) trustworthy and (b) the
latest version.

I know there is currently a tnslistener test, just hoping for a bit more.
