Repeat Column Headers (names)

Is there a way to have the column names repeat throughout a large list of
hosts?

There are 200 hosts in one sub page and it would be nice to have the column
headers repeat every 20 hosts or so.

You can use the

--maxrows=N   option

Column headings on a page are by default only shown at the beginning 
of a page, subpage or group of hosts. This options causes the column 
headings to repeat for every N hosts shown.
