Status of new releases?

I just wanted to say I'm grateful new folks are picking up and working on Xymon again. I've not seen any recent updates on the release status. We are working towards deploying RHEL 10 and I was wondering if anyone has packaging (RPM or Flatpak, perhaps?) that might work for RHEL 10 clients?Thanks,

I don’t have a reading on the progress but I have been checking in on the repo now and then. There’s been a steady stream of commits to the repo, progress made towards pcre2 and integrating all the fixes and improvements that have been posted to the list for the last few years, as well as creating a brand new build system at Github. And judging by the commit stream comments, much needed improvements in tons of areas. There’s a lot of work that has to be done to modernize the code and bring things into a state that’s supportable going forward. Bruno has been taking on the brunt of that work, and it looks like it’s in excellent hands. We all owe him a huge thanks for taking it on.
We’re all eager to see the results of Bruno’s efforts. Be patient.

Yes, Bruno has been doing a great job as a project manager and has taken the lead in a lot of areas. Things are shaping up nicely and our milestone items for 4.3.31 have been whittled down to almost nothing: https://github.com/xymon-monitoring/xymon/milestone/2 I think we will be able to celebrate a release and the beginning of the next chapter for Xymon very soon :) Mark
