Hobbit won't monitor itself!

Hi all,
I have a new installation of Hobbit 4.2.0, the daemons all seem to be up
and running OK and the bb-hosts file has two machines in it, the Hobbit
server itself and another server, however the web page doesn't show any
servers.
If I configure a page in the bb-hosts files it appears in the web page
so bb-hosts is being read OK, it's just that no hosts are appearing.
There are no errors in the log files and everything looks fine, can
anyine give me some pointers as to where I should look now?

Hi Josh/Paul/All, Josh, I can confirm that the page is updating regularly. Paul you were correct, the servers were listed on the Ghost Clients page, however I cannot figure out why they appear there and not on the main page. The host name that is listed on this page is the same one that is configured in bb-hosts, as in: Web page: Hostname Sent from Report age hbt0.lon.dcn.domain.com 10.44.107.48 0:51 tac0.lon.ws.domain.com 10.44.107.48 1:08 bb-hosts (this is the entire contents of my bb-hosts file): 10.44.107.48 hbt0.lon.dcn.domain.com # BBDISPLAY BBPAGER BBNET bbd 10.74.79.11 tac0.lon.ws.domain.com # ssh I have verified on the main Hobbit server that tac0.lon.ws.domain.com resolves to 10.74.79.11, 10.74.79.11 resolves to tac0.lon.ws.domain.com, hbt0.lon.dcn.domain.com resolves to 10.44.107.48 and 10.44.107.48 resolves to hbt0.lon.dcn.domain.com. I am a bit further on, but still stumped. |\/|artin

Martin, You have the wrong arguments for hobbit, I believe. This is what my Hobbit host looks like in bb-hosts with your information: 10.44.107.48 hbt0.lon.dcn.domain.com # bbd http:// hbt0.lon.dcn.domain.com/hobbit/ I really don't think it has anything to do with bb-hosts in this case. From the looks of it the configuration else where is what drives the Hobbitd to get its own information on there. As this is obviously a new install, I would suggest doing a ./configure.server && make && make install again.
