Hi, All

To share the project admin load, we need to decide what options we
should go with.

A. Two project admins
     Henrik + one from us
B. Three project admins
     Henrik + two from us
C. Five project admins
     Henrik + 4 from us.

I think this most important questions need to be answered.
With this question answered, we can then proceed to other project todos.

So what is your answer ?

PS: Assuming Henrik want to be part of project admin.
PS2: Assuming Henrik doesn't mind options B and C.

What about getting a list of volunteers and decided from that? If
only one person will do it there is no point to discuss any more, but
if 10 then there may be too many chiefs in the tribe.

What admin load are you talking about? Being the SF.net (or google)
admin only means you can add more SVN committers, and similar things.
That's no load at all.

If you mean "project leader", that's nothing we can discuss now.
That's something someone (or several) actually need to do by writing
code, sketching road maps, having a vision of where the project should
go.

No opinion here, as long as it really happens :) (on the technical
level)

Hi Christoph

Project admin may not a good word, project leader(s) seems better wording.
Anyway, I put down Project admin's and others' role and responsibility at R1 to
manage a group of 20 volunteers willing to help.

Please review and modify R1 with your input.
