Case sensitive DISK file systems 🔗 link

I have machines with 2 separate file systems: /opt/IBM and /opt/ibm.  Xymon
is getting confused when it updates the disk rrd graphs.  It appears to be
thinking upper case and lower case IBM are the same thing.  It creates both
rrd files, but tries to update the same rrd file twice, once for each file
system.    Is something that can be done to make Xymon case sensitive when
it goes to update the disk rrds?
