Would anyone share any scripts they have written to Acknowledge Alerts
via Email? Or if anyone knows how to Acknowledge Alerts via the command
line. I can then turn around have write the PHP/Shell scripts.

There's already a feature in Hobbit to accept ACKs via email:

Or did you mean something else??
