Problem solved.
I stopped hobbit, cleared all data and rrd's, restarted and now it's OK.
Didn't find any error messages to indicate why...

It was working prior to the update and still works on a 4.0.2
installation - both are running with data supplied via bbproxy running
on a BB server.
