libpcre.so.0 missing 🔗 link

Hi everybody

i have these in in my bb-dispblay.log

bbgen: error while loading shared libraries: libpcre.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

but when i do these

ashley:/var/log/xymon# locate libpcre.so.0

/usr/local/lib/libpcre.so.0

anyone have any ideas ?

If you use LD_LIBRARY_PATH, you can add the path there.  I know when I
configure, preparing to compile a client, I get the error about the lib and
the headers, and it presents options that have to be included point to where
the required files are. I run the configure with these options and it works
fine.  

The only issue I have at work is that  the builds do not include pcre and
pcre_dev by default and I have to add that back into the builds.
