Hi All,

On a fresh install of CentOS 6.2 (inside OpenVZ), I'm having graphs looking like this. The RRD dump / data look fine and graphing appears to be working correctly.
Looking at what a normal graph looks like, it appears that its text that is actually garbled.

Anyone have any ideas of where to start looking? Everything else looks fine and there are no obvious errors in the logs.

Could be a font problem. I don't know what rrdtool uses by default, but you
may not have it installed. You can set it by adding these two lines to a
graph definition in graphs.cfg:

     --font
     DEFAULT:0:Courier

Perfect, that was the problem. It appears that the OpenVZ templates use
quite minimal installs (800meg) which excludes all fonts.
Thank you.
