Check the "hobbitd" column and see if you have any ghost reports.
Usually, you just need to add the clients name into the bb-hosts file on the
server. Occasionally, the client will get called something you do not expect,
and this will be shown up in the ghosts report

So I presume that you do not have these in you bb-hosts file. If so just add them. However, if you have just the first part of the hostname, without your domain name (telkom.co.za) then you can add a CLIENT statement in your bb-hosts file like so: 165.143.60.206 cntrra02-rh-hids5 # CLIENT:cntrra02-rh-hids5.telkom.co.za 165.143.144.39 jam-001561 # CLIENT:jam-001561.telkom.co.za Cheers Iain
