Hi Everyone,

I was just wondering if there was anyway to configure xymon so a HTTP
result with status 500 would also show as red (instead of white).

Currently running 4.2.3 so maybe this has been changed in an update?

Kind Regards,
Jason.

Status 500 should result
in a red "http" status, unless your host/test is set as "dialup" (a
dialup tag in hosts.cfg, or '?' in front of the URL). I don't think this
was any different in the 4.2.x series.

Note: If this is for a content
check, then the CONTENT status column will be white in case of a status
500 from the web request - the "http" status will be red, but the
content status will be white. You can change this by putting "noclear"on
the hosts.cfg entry for the host, or by prefixing the test with a '~' .
Not sure if the latter exists in 4.2.x, though.

Regards,
Henrik
