Doe anyone know where I can find a Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) for Xymon?

As Xymon is open source software and the primary author lives in 
Denmark... I've not heard that it has any such thing.

Also, since Xymon itself doesn't publish any encryption, wouldn't this be moot?

It uses standard SSL/SSH libraries for that stuff.
