CPU limit per process? 🔗 link

Is there a way to monitor how much CPU processes are consuming?  We
would like to alert when a particular process exceeds 15% of total CPU -
that indicates that the process has run-away.

In hobbit-clients.cfg I see a way to check the number of processes, but
not the amount of CPU consumed....
