Weird MSGS issue

Normally a critical message stays "red" for 30 minutes. I have had no issues with this in using Xymon/Hobbit/BB. I just added some new log alerts for 6 hosts though and they are clearing after 5 minutes for some reason. I can't figure out why. Anyone point me in the right direction? [image: image.png] Thanks!

All of my client systems have two Xymon servers setup in xymonclient.cfg so that isn't a change from what my normal is at least. Nothing is in DNS twice. Can you explain why either of those might matter though? Thanks

If you have multiple xymon servers in the config and they aren't set up correctly, this can happen (happened to me). Both servers are being communicated with but only one gets the "official" response.
