What would be the proper syntax to exclude a certain time period for an
alert?

 
I would like to have no alert every Sunday morning from 3am to 4am.

 
And would it be possible to disable multiple time slots, like Tuesday
and Thursday between 4pm to 6pm?

Host=* COLOR=red TIME=0:0300:400
