This is an email generated from within alerts.cfg. Is it possible that this is the email reporting that service was restored, and the "RED" tells you that it's coming back from a red state? On Sun, Nov 20, 2011 at 3:50 AM, Rafal Roginela

Check if the status is "flapping" (switching red-green-red-green multiple times - it will say so on your detailed status display, or you can check the history). Xymon 4.3.x detects this, and then locks the status at the most severe condition (usually red) for 30 minutes. That means the status will be red, even though the actual status message you see on the alert says "green". Regards, Henrik
