Xymon [491707] 211-Glendale:conn CRITICAL (RED)

What would cause this?????
This is new in 4.3.x I have a 4.2 box and this never happens.... Its like the status gets stuck....

This is an email generated from within alerts.cfg.  Is it possible
that this is the email reporting that service was restored, and the
"RED" tells you that it's coming back from a red state?

Check if the status is "flapping" (switching red-green-red-green multiple times - it will say so on your detailed status display, or you can check the history).

Xymon 4.3.x detects this, and then locks the status at the most severe condition (usually red) for 30 minutes. That means the status will be red, even though the actual status message you see on the alert says "green".
