Some minor updates:

 
* ifstat - remove loopback interfaces (Brandon Dale)

* ifstat - remove zone information from IPv6 addresses

* add option to override client software name (e.g. to bbwin) - set in
xymonclient_config.xml

* ifstat changed to send IPv4 data by default. IPv6 data can be sent using
the ifstat directive in client-local.cfg.

* updated documentation

 
The XymonPSClient.doc file has been updated to include the new configuration
items.
