hover with mouse over menu : Help -> Configure Hobbit Alert

A minor appearance bug. The "Alert" disappear when hover with the mouse.

Yeah, it changes to a bold font which makes it larger than the width
of the box.

I've changed the default menu_items.js file so it just has
"Configuring Alerts" instead of "Configuring Hobbit Alerts".
