hobbit server restart

            I had the hobbit server moved from one virtual machine to
another. Before that happened I stopped the hobbit client and hobbit
server and halted the box. I then restarted the hobbit server and hobbit
client. I am receiving alerts fine but the web page will not come up.

 
            Is there anything I missed or did wrong in the restart of
the hobbit server.

Can you go into detail as far as "the web page will not come up"?

Do you request the page and then it times out?  This could because Apache
httpd is not running.
