I have a problem with holes in xymon graphs (see attached pdf): The values for load,
processes, users stopped showing up at 4.30 this morning. All other values disc, memory,
cpu load, network are shown. The client is sending its data to 2 xymon servers, both
show the same behaviour. Restarting the client makes no difference?

Any tipps?

On the client:
in ~xymon/client/tmp/msg.<clientname>.txt have a look at what "[uptime]"
reports.

On the server:
Are there errors in ~xymon/rrd-status.log?
Is the ~xymon/data/rrd/<clientname>la.rrd file updated?

You have some pretty big gaps. I have had them since 4.x but they only
show up for 5 or 10 minute intervals.

At the moment it is correct; can't say about friday.
Looking this morning at the trends page, the missing data showed up
exactly 1 day later again (stopped 2011-05-13:0430, resumed
2011-05-14:0430).
On the trends page I can also see that I had the same blackout exactly on week before (also von fridy to saturday, same time). Looking through my config files I cannot find any time out definition for that period.
On the server:
Are there errors in ~xymon/rrd-status.log?
No, not for this time period.
Is the ~xymon/data/rrd/<clientname>la.rrd file updated?
Now yes. On Friday it had the timestamp of the last update (04:30).
