Creating graphs - hobbit

Hi,

I have the following data that i want to put into rrd graph using hobbit (hobbitgraph.cfg)

Device:            tps    kB_read/s    kB_wrtn/s    kB_read    kB_wrtn
cciss/c0d0p5      4.20         0.00        16.81          0        336
cciss/c0d0p1      0.00         0.00         0.00          0          0
cciss/c0d0p7      1.35         0.00         5.40          0        108
cciss/c0d0p2      2.30         0.00         9.20          0        184
cciss/c0d0p6      2.90         0.00        11.61          0        232

what are the steps required to perform that task ?

any help/suggestion would be appreciated

I stuck in an similar problem with temperature graphs.
what are the steps required to perform that task ?

Your going to have to write some post-processor script that takes that data,
formats
it into a

name:value

format, and send it to hobbit with either a data or status entry.
