hobbit ntp test 🔗 link

Where is the hobbit server ntp test located at?  Is it within one of the
binaries or inside a script?  Can I replace it with my own NTP test, or
can I have other servers use a different NTP test called in
/home/hobbit/server/etc without having to change the column status name?
