libbrd0 librrdss missing 🔗 link

Hi everybody  i make time to reinstall the my server,and i have install all the depends software (<openssl, rrdtool, pcre etc ...)But when i try to install hobbit , it answear me two is missing librrd0 ans libss but i read on rrdtools website but i have install librrd2 and i can'd find librrd0 for my etch debian.Can somebody have a idea about that. Thank You for your help.

If you're installing packages you need the rrdtool-dev package.
