Alert configuration 🔗 link

Hi,

we have xymon4.2.2 and we want to have alert configuration simplified. We
don't want to actually edit the hobbit-alerts.conf file for every small
change. We want to have some UI based tool for that. hobbittools does not
provide this functionality.

How we can change the alerts configuration without touching the file.
