swap is at 100% 🔗 link

I just go an alert that swap is at 100%

 Memory              Used       Total  Percentage
green Physical           1827M      15296M         11%
green Actual              554M      15296M          3%
red Swap           15294456M   15294456M        100%

I logged into the box and it is basically idling.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

There should be a link to show client data; that will show what the client
script sent you.  Look that over to see if it's interpreting it properly.
If it looks like it is, any further diagnosis is on the client OS side.
For instance, you can maybe figure out which processes are using a lot of
memory with "top", telling it to sort by virtual memory size.

That seems like a ridiculously large swap size for a 16G(?) box... What OS
is this? And can you provide the output of `free`? Perhaps there's a
parsing/output error here?
