I have 4.2-RC-20060712 server & client running on two CentOS servers. The
local client on the server has it ok for its vmstat graph (user/sys/idle is
reasable and sum up to 100%). The remote client's vmstat obviously was
reading some bogus data. I left CLIENTOS= commented out in
/etc/default/hobbit-client. read some old posts regarding RHL 9, whose
vmstat has 'r b w' instead of 'r b' as seen on RHEL4. any idea what
CLIENTOS= I should set it to? I tried to purge the vmstat rrd for that
client and it came back still bad.

never mind. I got it. the answer is not to set CLIENTOS at all, so the
client will start using 'linux' as CLIENTOS.
