User access in hobbit 🔗 link

I am wondering if I am able to give a user certain access in hobbit.  Say I
have 3 groups, Switches, Routers, and Servers.  There are 4 people that
would need access.  I would have access to all groups but user1 only
Switches, user2 only Routers and user3 only Servers.  Is there a way to do
something like this in hobbit?
