I have several columns of a server for monitoring cloud things. This
monitoring is is done my custom scipts.

I want to separate those columns under new heading like "Cloud Monitoring"
instead of under the server where these scripts are configured.

Is this possible with 4.3.10 version ?

The only way is to report with an other name. Easy to do if these are all
custom scripts. Just don't use $MACHINE but a custom name.
We do this all the time for clusters.

Take a look at the group-except and group-only directives in hosts.cfg
