Clock offset alerts

I was pleasantly surprised to find a "clock offset" in the trends 
column. Is it possible to send alerts if the clock gets too far off?

It goes on the "cpu" status, if you put a "CLOCK max-offset" setting
into hobbit-clients.cfg. See the hobbit-clients.cfg man-page, and
note the warning about not making this limit too tight.
