disable alert for particular time period

HI,
      is there any way to disble hobbit alert for certain time period
between 12PM and 12.30 on all days except sunday.please let me know
which file i have to change to stop alert.

I am positive this can be done pretty painlessly.  If you go to the
administration menu you'll find a disable option.  This script will contain
the necessary commands and information.  Use that in combination with Cron
and you'll be set!
