Include an image within custom xymon message

Hello,
I am trying to figure out how I would include an image within the status message of my custom test? I noticed that the default "conn" test uses the xymon color gif within its status which makes me think it is possible.

I tried to add an image by including the text??<IMG SRC='usr/src/xymon-4.3.30/xymond/wwfiles/gifs/green-recent.gif' ALT='green image'>
but that did not work, it only shows the alt text and not the image itself.

The SRC path needs to be relative to your web server document root for the
Xymon page, typically /xymon/gifs/green-recent.gif

You can simply put &green (or any of the colours) into your status message, and it will automatically be replaced with the image required.

If you wish to embed other images, then that will be a completely different process.
