I know there have been a number of patches since 4.2.0.  Where would one go to get the latest and greatest version?
 
Will there be a 4.2.1. release any time soon?

Grab the all-in-one patch from http://www.hswn.dk/hobbitsw/patches/ and
apply that on top of 4.2.0.

Will there be a 4.2.1. release any time soon?
I'll probably skip directly to 4.3 in a months time.
