According to the acknowledge log and alert that I received, hobbit did not
honor the 24h delay request and alerted back after 4hrs with same alert code.

Anyone else have seen this issue where you delay something for say 24h
but after 4 hrs you getting same alert and the alertcode never changed?

Have you tried to change the 24h into 1d. Kindly try and see if that
will change the behavior. I personally never used 24h but 1d instead.
And so far no problems with it.
