availability legend on 1st page of an availability report 🔗 link

Greetings all.

Is there a way to put a legend on the 1st page of an availability report.  What I mean by legend is:

[green diamond] 100% available   [orange “!”] 97% and above  [red “x”] less than97%  [white circle] no stats for period

I’m at a loss and any help would be appreciated.
