I have a few new machines that have mount points that are not graphing, but
show up as broken images on the bottom of the page. Any ideas? No other
machine has this issue when graphing, all of the Linux machines show their
mount points.

First thing I would do would be to check the rrd files for these file
systems. Check if they exist, and then see if data is being put into them
(man rrdtool).

There are no rrd files being generated for the mount points.

We are using the bbwin client and it is keeping track of the usage but no
graphs for the mount points.

Windows being able to mount things in places other than C:, D:, etc is
fairly new. Are you using the most recent version of Xymon and BBWin? I
don't know for sure if these support the new style mount points, but it may
be worth a try. You may just need to update the graph definitions in
graphs.cfg.
