I cannot acknowledge alerts in xymon 4.2.3 It acts like it worked when you acknowledge but then it never shows up as acknowledged. I found the following in the hobbitd log: cookie 838455 not found, dropping ack I googled it and found a couple old msgs on this error but no resolution in the thread. Any advice? Nope, I have three alerts this morning. One is two days old, one is 2
hours and the third is 13 hours.
All three were dropped. Cookie not found for all three.

Check that the alert has a time less than 24H otherwise the cookie is
expired and in this case, you can't ack it.

I cannot acknowledge alerts in xymon 4.2.3
It acts like it worked when you acknowledge but then it never shows up as
acknowledged.
I found the following in the hobbitd log:
cookie 838455 not found, dropping ack
I googled it and found a couple old msgs on this error but no resolution
in the thread.
