catch-all UNMATCHED syntax 🔗 link

Is it possible to set up the syntax in hobbit-alerts.cfg so the UNMATCHED receipient matches **only** unmatched hosts and does not show up on every host's info page?
This doesn't seem to work the way I would like:
HOST=* UNMATCHED
  MAIL user-418e6ddda362@xymon.invalid
