hobbit uses tcp port 1984 for updates from client to server. (this comes from bigbrother).
network test use the port that match the network test (53 for dns, 22 for ssh, 389 for ldap, etc).

Hobbit uses TCP port 1984 for all communication between the Hobbit
server and the clients.
